- Retail sub-sector to which your business belongs (download the retail sub-sectors)

You do not need to provide any documents. However, you must declare that the information provided to Comercio Conectado is true.

- Register your services and sub-services related to the Platform's areas of interest in the supplier catalogue
- Set up alerts to instantly receive the new financial resources published
- Participate in the Communities and propose new forums for interest

What information do I need to register as a supplier on the Platform?

Registration as a supplier is done as a legal entity. You must indicate on the form:
- The name of your company
- Your tax ID (NIF)
- The email address will be used for registration
- The type of company (ICT provider or non-ICT provider)

Do I have to provide any documents?

As a service provider you must submit 3 documents:

Electronic copy in PDF format of the certificate accrediting that you are up to date with your Social Security obligations, issued by the General Social Security Treasury, which must be less than six months old. It must be issued in the name of the applicant entity (not in the name of its representative), be in force and indicate that it is positive.

Electronic copy in PDF format of the certificate accrediting that the applicant is up to date with its tax obligations, issued by the Spanish Tax Administration Agency or its equivalent from the Regional Tax Administration, which must be less than six months old. It must be issued in the name of the applicant entity (not in the name of its representative), be in force and indicate that it is positive.

Certificate of registration in the Census of Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Tax Withholders of the Spanish Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of the Regional Tax Administration that reflects the applicant company's tax address.
After reviewing the documentation, you will be notified by email of your registration as a user.

What information do I need to register as an association on the Platform?

The register as an association is done as a
legal entity. You must indicate on the
form:
- The
name of your association
- Your
tax ID (NIF)
- The
email address to be used for registration
- A
brief description and the areas of retail activity to which it applies
- If your Association/Federation
offers services (legal, advisory services …)
check the box in the form "I am an association that provides services". This way, you will also register your services!
In addition, you must meet the following requirements:
- To be constituted in accordance with the provisions of
Law 19/1977, of April 1, on the regulation of the Right of Trade Union Association, or any other applicable legislation, and
to have deposited your bylaws in the competent public office pursuant to Royal Decree 416/2015, of May 29, on the deposit of bylaws of trade union and employer organizations, as well as any other applicable regulations.
- The purpose of the association, its aims, and its activities must be the
promotion, support, and defense of the interests of the retail trade sector.

Not having been convicted by a final judgment or resolution in any judicial or administrative procedure.
- The territorial area in which the Association mainly carries out its activities must include Spanish territory in one of the following areas:
- National
- Regional
- Provincial
- Local

- PDF copy
of the Association’s bylaws.

Associations, Federations, or Confederations whose objectives purposes, and activities include the promotion, support, and defense the interests of the
retail trade sector.

If the Association has a Marketplace initiative, do i need to register twice?

Yes! Go to the
Registration section and sign up as a
Marketplace to make yourself known to retail businesses. This way, you will have both an Association profile and a
Marketplace profile.

typology of Marketplace (public, private or public-private)
In addition, you must meet the following requirements:
- To have tax address within national territory.
- Not to be involved in
any administrative or judicial proceedings.
- To be up to date with
tax and of Social security obligations.
- To have as its purpouse, aim, and activities the promotion, support and defense of the
interests of the retail trade sector.
- To be composed primarily of retail businesses.

Those Marketplaces whose objectives, purpose and activities include the promotion,
support and defense of the interests of the retail trade sector, and which are composed primarily of retail businesses.
