​​​What are the advantages of registering on the Platform?​

​​As a registered user you have the opportunity to:

  • Register your Marketplace in the marketplace catalogue.
  • Participate in the Communities and propose new forums for interest.
  • Submit ideas to raise the administration.​

​​What information do I need to register as a marketplace on the Platform?​

​The register as a Marketplace is done as a legal entity​. You must indicate on the form​:

  • The name of you Marketplace
  • Your tax ID (NIF)
  • The email address to be used for registration
  • A brief description and the areas of retail activity to which it applies
  • The typology of Marketplace (public, private or public-private)​

In addition, you must meet the following requirements:

  • To have tax address within national territory.
  • Not to be involved in any administrative or judicial proceedings.
  • To be up to date with tax and of Social security obligations.
  • To have as its purpouse, aim, and activities the promotion, support and defense of the interests of the retail trade sector.
  • To be composed primarily of retail businesses.

​Do I have to provide any documents to register?​

​As a marketplace you must submit the following documents:

  1. Responsible declaration. Download the template and upload it again once it has been completed and digitally signed.
  2. PDF certificate proving that you are up to date with Social security obligations. Remember it must have been issued within the last 6 months.
  3. PDF certificate proving that you are up to date with tax obligations. Remember it must have been issued within the last 6 months.
  4. Statement document detailling the objectives and members that make up the Marketplace.​ Remember that it must be digitally signed and in PDF format
  5. Logo of your marketplace. It must not exceed 200KB size.​

Once we have received and reviewed all information, we will send your an email confirming you activation as an user.​​

Which users can register as Marketplaces?​​

​Those Marketplaces whose objectives, purpose and activities include the promotion, support and defense of the interests of the retail trade sector, and which are composed primarily of retail businesses​.​
