What are the advantages of registering on the Platform?

As a registered user you have the opportunity to:

  • Register your services and sub-services related to the Platform's areas of interest in the supplier catalogue
  • Set up alerts to instantly receive the new financial resources published
  • Participate in the Communities and propose new forums of interest
  • Submit ideas to the Administration

What information do I need to register as a supplier on the Platform?​

Registration as a supplier is done as a legal entity. You must indicate on the form:

  • The name of your company
  • Your tax ID (NIF)
  • The email address to be used for registration
  • The type of company (ICT provider or non-ICT provider)

Do I have to provide any documents?

As a service provider you must submit 3 documents:

  1. Electronic copy in PDF format of the certificate accrediting that you are up to date with your Social Security obligations, issued by the General Social Security Treasury, which must be less than six months old. It must be issued in the name of the applicant entity (not in the name of its representative), be in force and indicate that it is positive.
  2. Electronic copy in PDF format of the certificate accrediting that the applicant is up to date with its tax obligations, issued by the Spanish Tax Administration Agency or its equivalent from the Regional Tax Administration, which must be less than six months old. It must be issued in the name of the applicant entity (not in the name of its representative), be in force and indicate that it is positive.
  3. Certificate of registration in the Census of Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Tax Withholders of the Spanish Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of the Regional Tax Administration that reflects the applicant company's tax address.

After reviewing the documentation, you will be notified by email of your registration as a user.

Which users can register as service providers?

Those companies that provide both ICT and non-ICT services.
